Your total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.

Under normal shipping conditions, orders are expected to arrive within 25 calendar days from the date the order is placed.

Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe shown on our website and often arrive sooner.

In rare circumstances, delivery may take longer due to major holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, high seasonal demand, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to begin updating after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Temporary gaps in tracking updates are normal and do not necessarily mean that your package has stopped moving.

Holiday & Carrier Delays

During major holidays or peak shopping periods, carriers may experience higher-than-normal shipping volumes.

While most packages will still arrive within our normal estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur.
